The place was fairly clean with a nice design and professional staff. The location was convenient, near to pizza/Italian eatery and gelato/ice cream shop, very good restaurants, and several cafes and restaurants, in a particularly good area. Torquay district was worth staying in.

The staff was courteous & polite. Very central location right by all shops, cafes and beach, bbq area cross the road and restaurants and the beach, it was in a wonderful area.

Tastefully decorated units with very good breakfast, and the staff were very amiable.

My stay was very comfortable which flooded into the room for the whole night. Overall it was perfectly clean and huge with extra bed.

The location of the hotel was very central, not far from all shops, restaurants, an island and all the important attractions in hervey bay. There was an attached restaurant nearby. Enjoyed the room with 2 beds, my bed was comfortable. Climate control and a lounge were perfect.

I appreciated this quiet and cute place, stayed there for 1 night. The attached restaurant with great food and service was the best part. All the services were VERY GOOD. It was nice to get ironing free of charge too.

It was a great stay for the great weekend. Our single room was decorated in the comfortable design.

The budget queen room was air-conditioned with a comfy bed, the bed was very comfy. The staff were lovely friendly and best and the location was perfect next to the restaurant which took deliveries very early in the morning which woke me up.

The weather was lovely, had very good stay. Enjoyed the way my single room was arranged with refrigerator, queen bed plus kitchenette. The location in a particularly good area was convenient and easy and there were commercial centres and a market nearby.

Had a real good stay in winter, glad I've chosen it. The staff was very efficient and hard-working all the time. The hotel was situated in the central location close to everything you would need. All I could ask for, good value.

Comfy room with kids big size and robe, as example. Comfy location GOOD close to beach bar & coffee bar, and 25 min walking distance to Shelly Beach.

It was fairly clean, I will be back. Enjoyed the place, had a very nice stay on holidays. The restaurant was very nice for evening meals here, I had outstanding dishes. Very central location of this cheap hotel was a bonus.
